We did achieve deletions, point increase and you received 11x your investment in return with the total debt removed from your report. We were able to achieve 145 total point increase, 8 collections removed, and $18,189 in debt removed. We guarantee a minimum of a 50 total point increase and surpassed this. Lashawn Hardeman we are so sorry you feel this way. As explained when you called in and spoke to our customer service rep you do not qualify for a refund. 1. You have not been in our program for 6 months 2. You have exceeded an increase of 50 points which is our minimum guarantee 3. We deleted 4 of your 7 negative items that were found on your credit report when you started. We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations but we definitely exceeded the expectations stated and in our contract. Donald, we appreciate your feedback. Your credit consultant attempted to reach out to you to address your concerns. A member of our management team will be in contact with you as well. Upon review of your file, it looks like there are steps that were not taken as part of the client obligations that would have allowed us to provide optimal results. We have been hard at work since day one on your file, but do show we never received credit correspondence back. Additionally, when it comes to credit scores we cannot do anything to cause scores to drop, but do show new items reported that would have impacted the calculation of your scores. Jimmy good day sir. I am sorry you feel this way but as we told you yesterday it is impossible for someone’s credit scores to increase when you allow new collections. You received a new Verizon collection for $912. We told you from the beginning to not get new collections. That is like washing your car in the rain and then getting mad at the car wash company. Please tell the public that we removed 12 collections that reporting to all 3 bureaus. Tell the public that YOU got a new collection. Sorry Jimmy but sometimes you have to take ownership for your mistakes.

Mr. Holmes, thank you for expressing your concerns. Our goal is to help our clients increase their credit scores by removing any inaccurate negative information from their reports. Nothing MSI does can cause a credit score to go down. There are factors outside our control that can impact credit scores though such as new negative items, new inquiries, or increase in of debts. We reviewed your file and do show that there were some changes on your credit report that would have impacted your scores to decrease. As far as our efforts to remove negative information we have already confirmed 2 negative accounts removed from all 3 credit bureaus which would help your credit scoring.
