Thanks for your feedback Lena. We would have liked to address your concerns prior to your cancellation yesterday. We were only informed cancellation was being requested due to payments/affordability. We investigated your file regarding your concerns and confirmed the following: - We confirmed our audits and don't show any reason why you should not have received mail and do show you sent in correspondence a couple of times. - We're not sure if you had a chance to check your account prior to canceling, but we also confirmed you did get a 103-total point increase which doubles our service guarantee as stated in our agreement. We would appreciate if you would update your review based on the results we have been able to achieve. We also do want to clarify that this is a process, and do not have an outbound customer service department, but do have a team that welcomes your calls during business hours should there ever be any questions or concerns during the process. Hello Alice.. We are sorry you feel the way you do. As we told you over the phone you received phenomenal results from us. The problem is you received 7 new collections. It is impossible for anybody's scores to increase if they are getting new collections. We explained this to you before you enrolled and we have all the recorded calls. We do not think it is fair that you would give us a 3 Star review when we gave you 5 Star results. Can you please consider updating your review. Also please call us so we can tell you what the game plan is for your new collections. Thank you!
