Powerful EMSlim Neo machine and MShape Beauty’s customer service has been great. The day we received delivery we called them to request an installation video and arranged our online training session. It was really easy. We also just ordered some consumables by phone and again they arranged fast. They make it simple to succeed!

We are using MShape Beauty’s Perfect Shape and their S Shape cavitation. First of all, the energy is obviously stronger than previous machines we purchased in Alibaba, obvious to the operator and the patient. Secondly, MShape Beauty offers real training by intelligent staff while the previous seller offered training but there was none. I recommend MShape Beauty to anyone looking for great quality.

I've called several times and left messages for questions I've had, and they been very prompted on returning my call the following business day the reason the call the following business day is because of our time zone difference. They been very helpful and great assistance.
