Informative and helpful training
I completed my one-on-one training on the Hera machine today, and the trainer was incredibly professional and intelligent. They guided me through every feature, making sure I felt confident using the machine. This was my first purchase from M-Shape Beauty and I'm excited to start offering treatments for fat reduction and skin tightening, and I can't wait to see how my clients respond to the results.

A Worthwhile Upgrade
We've been using the EMShape Neo Plus at our spa, and have seen impressive benefits in both muscle building and fat reduction. The one-on-one Zoom training was detailed but easy to follow, and the ongoing support has been excellent. Our clients are very pleased with the results, and I'm already planning to add another unit to our second location.

Love the Customization
I'm really happy with the logo customization! It was easy to get my spa equipment looking just right. The fact that it's free is awesome for smaller businesses like mine, helping us showcase our brand identity. Totally worth it!

Perfect shape Neo
The perfect shape Neo is a great machine for toning my wife and I are using it for different parts of our buddies for me. It’s my tummy. It takes a little bit longer than four sessions, but I’m happy with the results and the customer service is excellent.
