My first time ordering. i tried three different cuts. None were edible. The filets were tasteless, flat iron was tough and tasteless the New York was ordinary.

I got the introductory package for my steak-loving son in law. He had his first the other night and his smile and was as big as the steak! He said it was juicy and very tender. Thanks for making it easy to give him a great gift!

I love the meat, but the website needs work. A bit frustrating especially if sending as gifts. This is the only reason for the low marks.

Hi Vivie, Thank you for the review and for voicing your frustration with the website. This kind of feedback is valuable. In fact, we are actually in the process of creating a new site that we hope will improve our user experience and address the issues you had. It should be up and running very soon, and we hope that when it does, you will give us another try. I would greatly appreciate it if you emailed me at [email protected] to explain the issue you had regarding gifts more thoroughly, so that we can be sure to get it right when we launch the new site. Thanks, James
