Had a nice meal with my brothers. Good steaks and wine pairing!

After a bit of a hiccup at the beginning of our ordering process which everything eventually worked out just fine. Customer service quickly rectified the technical glitch that occurred when placing our initial order. This initial order was a gift for someone and they did send a picture after they cooked the first T-bone steaks and it looked amazing they said the steaks were delicious the packaging was great so all in all a huge plus. The number one priority is customer service and Mr. steak went above and beyond to rectify the error, which we were very appreciative of. Quick delivery, great packaging, fair pricing, and terrific customer service- and for all these reasons they have earned our business moving forward.

Arrived on Wednesday afternoon. Looks good, except more fat than I expected. I really like the packaging of the steaks and burgers.
