I would have given this tree 5 Stars if it was factory direct to me. It was definitely a returned item....bottom was taken off, wrapping was opened and put together terribly. Santa string was broken on one side and several bulbs fell out. Mailing box had been opened and retaped and the inside box was definitely opened prior to me. The tree itself was very nice.

I literally have been emailing this company to get a refund and return the second phone. Our orders kept getting canceled so I got one online and dad got another one in person, same day. So we only have one kid, we only need one phone. They don’t rerun my emails. When I called no one picked up.

Ceramic tree arrived broken. Emailed customer service twice, Facebook messaged once, still no reply.

I would never shop here again. I bought $99.00 candles that would never turn off unless the batteries were removed. I asked for an exchange but they never told me how to do that. I finally asked to return them for a full refund and it cost me $83.00 to return them! No way to treat your customers!
