Absolutely love the phone. Unfortunately, the responses are broken up leaving one to wonder if it is going to complete the thoughtful response. Our daughter loves it. If this continues we will seek a replacement because we do love the phone.

The kids genuinely love it. It’s impressive how it understands and confirms back what you say. The only thing we do not care for is that now it is asking the children to do a 25 day challenge which wants them to come back on the phone every day. Obviously this cost additional money that you have to add onto the phone, but more importantly is the concern that it gets mundane if you continue to do it over and over and it loses it sort of special sparkle and authenticity in my opinion.

love my xmas tree nightlight except for one flaw. on either side of the lower part of the tree there should be lights. there is not, so the blank spots look like it is unfinished. otherwise it is well made and looks very festive.

I ordered 3 trees. My Halloween tree arrived with nicks and paint misses that did not take place in transit. The response time was a bit slow and the representative asked for photos that I had already attached to my 3 emails requesting assistance. I finally received a response after my third email. In the end I was given a full refund. My 18" red & white and my green tree are beautiful and arrived in perfect condition. They are fully lit unlike battery operated trees. I love them!
