All moving parts not operating and no reply from email sent.

Price was dropped hours after I ordered. i sent two emails on separate days asking for the lower price adjustment and never heard a word back. This was my first order with Mr, Christmas.

Of the vintage wreath, the artwork is low resolution and does not look good printed at the scale it is. Can’t tell from the photos online, but if you’re a discerning, visual person you will not like this. Ok for the price.

Cheaply made

The Santa Phone arrived quickly and was easy to set up. Our girls loved using it, however after less than 24 hours the phone would no longer power on at all.

My daughter is 9 and I thought this would be a great gift. For whatever reason the reception on it wasn't good and santa kept repeating himself. She caught on and got sad that it was a computer and not the real Santa.

Placed order was not shipped for 4-5 days in the meantime got email saying item price was now cheaper because of Black Friday sales. Contacted customer service and they basically told me tough luck , even thou the product had yet been shipped. Product was fine when arrived and works as advertised. Doubt if would order from Mr Christmas as Customer Service is Bah Humbug!
