My item was delivered damaged I reach out & get a standard copy & paste reply. The box had a giant hole punched in it & item doesn’t work I have no proof of purchase but my order number I have given several times. Customer service is horrible I will never purchase anything anywhere from Mr Christmas again

I sent them 3 emails and they never responded about my order. I would never order from them again. Terrible customer service.

One of the items in my order was defective. I contacted customer service immediately about getting a refund or replacement for the defective item. I was asked to produce a lot of information before you would assist me. I produced the information, but as of today, I still have not received a return label for the item. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card. I understand that sometimes a defective item is shipped to a customer, but there is no excuse for the poor customer service that followed. It would be very unlikely that ai would purchase from your company in the future, based upon this experience.

Items arrived broken, contacted customer service and still waiting for them to respond with a resolution.

Received a contaminated product and was told I would get refunded. I run a daycare and I was made to feel understood about not wanting to handle item. I was told I could get refund or replacement so I got rid of it to make sure it was a safe environment for my daycare kids. Just to be told I would not be getting a replacement or refund

Worst company ever! You don’t want to help if there is a problem. I had to file a dispute to get you to answer my emails. I seriously doubt I would ever buy from you again!
