Prior to my purchase of the white 17 in. Animated Snowflake Crystal Carousel, I had some questions that I emailed the company about (since there was no phone number listed) but did not receive a response. I later ordered the item nevertheless. Once I put the order in though, both the confirmation email and shipment were very fast. Unfortunately, I was kind of disappointed when I took it out of the box and I regret to say this, since I was very excited when I received it, but I wasn't impressed by its quality. It looked cheap to me, whereas in the pics on the site, it looked beautiful. I packed it all back in the box and put it away. I would want to return it if I could, but even if the company accepts the return, I'd probably be responsible for the shipping costs and I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be a small amount.

I was to receive order by Dec 24 and did not receive until Dec 27.

It arrived too late

Your service was fine, but I was a bit disappointed in the wreaths I bought. Not enough lights to light it up to make it really stand out.

Only reason a 3 star volume toooooo low. Other then that LOVE IT

I loved how interactive it was with the children. The one negative was that we were unable to adjust the volume and the house and everyone in it had to be silent for the children to hear Santa.

The process to return a damaged product is horrible. I can see providing a picture of the damaged product but what is very ridiculous is having to show proof of purchase when it was purchased on your website!!!!

I think the idea is very cute but it is such a pain in the butt to connect it needs to have an easier connect because it takes me like 10-15 minutes before I can actually even have my daughter talk to Santa
