When I squeeze the figures they don't make no noise..very disappointed

The quality is poor, and one of the three items arrived damaged. It’s not close to what I expected - lesson learned.

Not the item I thought I had ordered. Am having an extremely hard time trying to return it. It seems like you are dragging your feet so it will be over 30 days and then you don’t let me return

I ordered 2 outdoor 36" candles. the switches on them do absolutely nothing. To turn them off all I can do is take the batteries out. I have 2 others from the year before that work perfect. I have reached out to the site twice and NEVER heard anything back. These were not cheap!!!

I purchased 4 36" candles, and the timers on two of them did not work. I wrote to customer service twice about this, and I've yet to receive a response.

I had one from 2011 and the speaker was way louder. We only had it half way turned up and the new one you can’t hear the music from the road with the music turned all the way up. I wish there was an option to blue tooth music to it also.

I need to return the wreath I bought and after several emails still no response or return code. Probably will not buy from again due to this
