I have purchased a number of these mini holiday trees. Unfortunately the red Miss Liberty is missing a bulb. The bulb did not become disconnected in the box because I can find no trace of it. Disappointed

Nice size 30 inches and very attractive wreath. The lights do not stay on steady, they just blink. It does not have a timer, which was advertised. You should have added alot more lighting for this large 30" wreath. I'm glad though I got it, but would have been happier with more lights and a timer.

My tabletop tree came with the bottom unstuck so I could not get it to turn the Santa in his sleigh. After I glued and duct taped it back on, it worked fine, but it should have arrived in working order.

LOVE the products. Hate the lack of Customer Service! We ordered 4 Carousels of which one decorative cardboard box was ripped. These are gifts, so the ripped box was not acceptable to gift. There is NO PHONE NUMBER for this business, so I contacted Mr. Christmas on 12/31 via e-mail. I received one email back from Rachel, who offered a 10% discount, which I declined. I then filled out the Contact Form on 1/7/26 and received an email from Serenity who stated: 'Let me get you over to our product specialist to help you from here!" I have yet to hear back. At this point I have no other choice but to contact my credit card company for a Chargeback. Very poor Customer Service!

Great idea! Kids love talking to Santa and having him actually respond to the conversation!! However, phone kept glitching. I have to unplug then plug in again which is using my minutes. Also the 25 days of Christmas challenge unnecessarily uses up time that the kids just wanted to talk to Santa as well as the minutes I have to purchase to use the phone. All said, it’s a really cool phone and the grandkids (and big kids!) really enjoyed it.

Very slow shipping.

I like the fact that Santa could understand and respond appropriately, but I bought it to make children behave for fear of being put on the naughty list. Santa wouldn’t go with me in that direction.

You should include replacement bulbs on the wreath as i had a few broken bulbs.
