I have an issue with one of my products that is defective and the communication from the Customer Service is terrible. Its been almost 2 weeks, they are not quick to respond going several days between emails. Still have no resolution

We have not received warranty on the last display ordered, worked for several days and the quit working

I purchased a 12"Carousel for my daughter and it was damaged and I have written and sent pics as your company instructed me and nothing has been done and no one has responded to what is to be done. This was a Christmas gift and very disappointing for my grandchildren. Purchased 12-22-25 order #62848

I gave it to my wife for a present but it does not work. I tried different batteries but still didn't work. We requested a return.

The package had already opened and the product removed. All of the material that secures the item to the box were cut. Although the item appears to be in good condition, one of the antlers does not stand up.

Constant connection issues. Expensive to use. It's already expensive enough. But then you have to pay to talk to Santa?

The tree i ordered arrived with the light panel broken away from the tree. The replacement arrived in the same condition. I think it may been the transportation related. COLD weather and a rough ride. Was not pleased with purchase.

The hand piece is worthless!!!? All the voice comes down the body of the phone. Hard to make it work. The connection is spotty. A shame you can’t talk and hear thru the hand set. Gimmicky
