I was really excited about this phone but it’s was a huge disappointment. The questions were the same every day - “what do you want for Christmas”. I liked the kindness challenge but I was expecting much more from the $100 purchase

Item got returned to sender. We contacted via contact us form and also email but never getting response back but marketing emails..

IT CUTS OUT, IT CAN BE FUZZY, THE SOUND COMES FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE PHONE SO THE KIDS SO HEAR IT WELL. I DO NOT LIKE ALL THE QUESTIONS, IT FEELS LIKE YOU SET IT UP SO IT TAKES MORE MINUTES. KIDS JUST WANT TO HEAR IF THEY ARE ON THE LIST AND TELL SANTA WHAT THEY WANT.

Horrible! Broken and have tried to return but they take a very long time to respond. Be cautious with this company and how they do business.

I was very disappointed with my recent purchase from Mr. Christmas. The item arrived damaged despite the packaging being completely intact, which tells me the issue is due to poor construction rather than shipping. I reached out to the company for a resolution on 12/5/25 via email and through their website, and I’m still waiting for any kind of response from customer service. For a brand that specializes in holiday products, this level of quality and lack of support is extremely frustrating. I’m hoping to receive a resolution soon, but so far the experience has been very disappointing.

IT DOSEN'T WORK !!

Item arrived broken

Terrible item. Definitely not how it is advertised. Santa does not listen always wants to go hang up he literally says good talking to you in the middle of conversations he misunderstands CLEAR words and requests. It was a HUGE waste of money. I do not recommend buying this for your kiddos.
