I have submitted numerous emas over an item that was delivered shattered. One response came back asking for information I had already sent. Responded immediately with requested information again. No response. Many more emails. New response today was information for a repair company. This item needs replaced. It's supposed to be a gift. Order 60376. Pink tree. Shattered in delivery.

System allowed me to order items that were out of stock and added a $22 musical ornament to my original order. Would not allow me to delete it. Finally they credited me for the ornament charge. Just a frustrating experience.

I didn’t receive what I ordered. I ordered 14 inch envelopes that I received not that.

I only received 3 of the 6 phones I ordered. Customer service has not responded with a resolution whether it be resend or refund.

I ordered and never got my package. I emailed and was told a new one would be sent then no response to my question on when. I ordered this in advance to have before Christmas. I’m very upset at what I paid and not getting a response follow up.

The item I received is broken. I emailed customer service, with no response. Their return policy is that you have to email customer service to get a return authorization code within 30 days and I have not received a response, a code or any solution for my broken item.

The tree I ordered was broken, I have emailed and messaged support and still no reply to assist.

I last replied to email with the requested photos and proof of purchase, but still haven't heard anything regarding a replacement and a return. ---- Follow-up: I finally found a phone number for their customer support and was able to get help. The phone number I used was 800-467-9627.
