Absolutely ridiculous - I purchased 9, what I thought, new trees; however, at least 3 were refurbished. Attempted going through a return process; however, after approximately 10+ emails where the rep kept asking for the same details or random photos again and again, I requested to return everything. I would avoid using the company directly and go with a retailer with a more professional, credible, honest reputation.

I purchased the Christmas wand and it is defective. I have contacted customer service the same day I received it and have not had any resolution for over a week. It is now the week of Christmas and no one has replied back to resolve the issue.

Never received item. Sent message to customer service to rectify and never heard back from them.

Poor customer service! I purchased multiple items this season (over the last two months) and had an issue with one item. The 24 inch white RGB ceramic tree. The lights will either stop changing or change to an odd color combination and freeze. I reached out twice to customer service about the issue. The only way for me to “fix” the issue is to unplug the tree and plug back in. The person at customer service “Serenity” responded three days after my first contact and then again asking for more information. I am still waiting for a resolution. Service is so poor that “Serenity” asked for proof of purchase and date of purchase, I bought directly from Mr. Christmas…. She did not even bother to look prior to her cut and paste response. So, I simply guess I am out of the 150.00! All I asked for was a tree that worked so I could have for Christmas.

This is the biggest bunch of junk I’ve ever purchased. Cheap and won’t stay on tree.

I never received the two chargers missing from my order. Perhaps someone sent them? I was emailing with a person in the office… I will return the entire order.

The first same product was purchased in November and worked for 1 day. The retailer no longer carried it so I was given a full refund. The same product (The Santa Phone) I purchased directly through Mr. Christmas, withing 48 hours it went on sale and I had not received the product yet and Mr. Christmas would not honor the sale. I had not received if for at least a week after the sale. I think that is very poor customer service, and will not buy from again

This has been a horrible experience. I ordered a ceramic tree for my parents, as they are too old to put up a traditional tree anymore. The tree was supposed to arrive in November, but by December it had not arrived yet. I emailed asking for the status and I was told the order was cancelled. I was reimbursed for the cost of the tree only - citing the carrier had returned it to the factory. The tree never left the factory, as the customer service representative told me, however I was not given my shipping costs back originally. I was told by the representative that I would be reimbursed the shipping costs, 15.00 but to date I have not seen it credited to my credit card. This is very concerning. I don't plan on purchasing through Mr. Christmas again.
