If I could give less than one star
If I could give less than one star, I would. My dryer has been broken for over two months, and Mr. Appliance has been out five different times to repair it. You would think an appliance repair company would know how to fix a dryer, but that has not been my experience. On the second visit, the technician told me the dryer was fixed. As soon as he left, I tried to use it, and it still didn't work. Another technician came out, diagnosed a different issue, and ordered parts. Since then, they've been back three more times with no resolution. The last technician took my dryer apart, then told me he didn't have the tools to put it back together and left my dryer in pieces. No one from the company ever called to explain what was happening or apologize. To make matters worse, every time I call, I only reach the scheduling department. They refuse to transfer me to the local office or someone who can actually help. At one point, they even admitted they couldn't locate the parts they had ordered. I was supposed to have another appointment tomorrow, but they just called to cancel because the replacement part they've had for three weeks is apparently broken. After more than two months, five service calls, multiple canceled appointments, poor communication, and a dryer that is still not repaired, I have completely lost confidence in this company. If you're looking for an appliance repair service, I strongly recommend choosing a company that can actually repair appliances.
