Great company, I've already bought phones for multiple members of my family

Mr Aberthon has great prices, but more then anything, their customer service is amazing! They answer questions promptly and helped me through my purchase.

The product (netgear 815s) I received was faulty and never worked correctly. Due to the lack of flexibility on getting a replacement, I ultimately was suckered into keeping it with a $25 discount. Now, the product is a brick and I'm stuck looking for a replacement.

Samsung Rugby 4 purchased from Mr Aberthon... Sold as brand new! Received a used 2nd Hand phone in a made up box it had very serious scratches to inner screen, I was very disappointed. I have seen a few of the same reviews left for the same model of mobile phone? So it's obvious this guy is a conning people selling 2nd hand, reconditioned phones as brand new? Have to make review to warn people As I was very disappointed. **Buyers beware** I would look elsewhere specially for the Samsung rugby 4 mobile phones!

I ordered "BRAND NEW" and got broken used! I ordered a "BRAND NEW" Samsung Rugby 4 and got a used scratched up phone that I have to replace. The speaker phone does not work, the ear speaker is blown and bottoms out, the back cover is broken, dirt and grime in both corners and ear piece perforation's, and missing pieces listed as in the package' ie. headphone adapter " so i cant even use earbuds to overcome the broken speakers. customer service is unresponsive and unavailable. I regret purchasing from Mr. Aberthon
