Item was not new-in-box, received with cable missing
Got my hotspot in a generic white box. Perhaps the only element of the original packaging was the plastic sheet on the hotspot screen. The additional cable for charging an external phone, listed in the manual as an included item, is absent. Order had to be placed twice because vendor would not accept any of my credit cards directly - seems paypal is really the only option. Checkout took 45 minutes by the time I added another card to paypal. Free shipping was worth what I paid for it - over a week elapsed between CT and DE.

Hi Tim, I'm sorry that your experience wasn't satisfactory. In general, if you have any issues or concerns with your order we are always here to help. Please reach out directly to us and we will be happy to assist you. Paypal can be very hard to deal with when setting up a new card. I'm sorry that it took 45 minutes of your time :( Unfortunately, PayPal's internal system is something we have no control over... In regards to the device, I'm really not sure what occurred and why there were missing pieces. All of our hotspots are brand new and unlocked, and come with all their parts. Please contact our customer service department and they will happily assist you. Sam
