Very poor customer service, takes far to long to respond. Waited 4 months for a delivery end up just getting a refund

This is my first experience with a racing sim setup and the moza R3 TRULY blew away my expectations. With how simple it is to get up and running to the comfortable feel of the game wheel and pedals. Highly recommend for beginner sim enjoyers looking to get their feet wet in sim racing

Never have had an issue, I’ve bought directly from the site, Amazon and microcenter. Moza is the best most affordable sim racing products on the market today.

Wheel base that was delivered was faulty and we spent 2weeks emailing. Moza customer service is on a 12hr different time zone. Makes it hard to resolve the issues quickly. I bought the r5 bundle 4weeks ago and yet to try it out (wheel base is being repaired atm). the material used on the pedals and wheel are great. its good quality just hope you don't get a faulty part and you will love it.

Honestly, I love it. Left fanatec for them and bought the active pedals and the r12. Just one thing but maybe it s normal.. the vibrations in the wheel are very strong but apart that its awesome.

I recently switched from the Logitech ecosystem to the Moza ecosystem. So far Moza's customer service is beyond stellar! I purchased the R21 wheel base and the ESX wheel and the GS GT V2P wheel. Even before I received the products I was in communication with Moza support. They helped me every step of the way! The Moza pithouse software is GREAT! Very streamlined and fluid UI. I love the explanations of what each setting does. As far as the hardware. It is beyond expectations. The quality is great. As far as the wheel base, my only (very minor) criticism is, I wish the power button was on the front of the base. But its not a big deal. The wheels are awesome. I can't wait to buy more wheels, lol. The price point was the main reason I switched to Moza. While not cheap, For the quality of Moza products, for the price, they can't be beat. Honestly my first initial impression of the hardware was, this is pro level equipment! Even before I connected it to my computer. If your on the fence about Moza products, don't hesitate. You won't be disappointed.
