mozaracing.comReviews of mozaracing.com

So far my experience with Moza has been great! I ordered the r3 bundle from BestBuy, but I needed some additional accessories, like a clutch, brake mod, shifter and the 12" wheel mod. I ordered the accessories from the Moza website, and the shipping information they sent was accurate and the product arrived in great condition. I will definitely recommend Moza to anyone wanting to get into sim racing.

I have been waiting over 3 months for a product described as 'in stock' to arrive. I have chased the item multiple times, and was told 3 weeks ago that it had been dispatched. Still nothing. No updates. No product. I have just received an email inviting me to leave a review, here on Trustpilot. So, as you've asked for it, here is my review (2 stars): Moza builds great products - when you can get them, and when they work. However, Moza customer service is painfully slow to respond, not very helpful and the company seems to be happy to openly deceive customers in their marketing and promotion. My trust in Moza is at rock bottom now. EDIT: Downgrading the review to 1 star as I have had more broken promises and lies.

Very high build quality! Love Moza products

Going from a G923 on a rig to updating opto the R3 bundle with the SRPlite pedals and mods, and then upgrading to the R12 has been nothing but magnificent, and EVERYTHING works well on XBOX. No issues whatsoever and the best quality for the price on the market. Their customer support is beyond good even though they take one or two days to respond. I cannot recommend Moza Racing products enough as they are of really high quality. I’m HOOKED.

Solid durable design, easy to set up and a ton of fun to play. I bought the R5 basic bundle

Difficult to find the item in European website but easy to find it in the US version. The delivery was delayed 4 days (not Moza fault directly but please choose another freight transport to deal with rather than DPD) and Moza support asked me to reach out DPD which makes no sense! The product was in good condiction.

I purchased the R5 bundle and I am loving it. It was a huge jump from my previous wheel that had no force feedback and I am really enjoying it. The customer service is awesome and is quick to respond.
