I was having some trouble with my wheel but the customer service is great and so is the product

I absolutely love my Moza FFB yoke and base! It was easy to set up and get running. The force feedback is way too strong out of the box, but with the included app and software I was able to dial it way back to give me an incredible flight experience. Yes, it will take you a few tries to get it dialed in properly but once you do you will have an incredible, realistic flight experience. Binding the included buttons and switches will take time but these are great to help keep your response time short when using them. The build quality is outstanding. I did not have to clamp this to my desk as it is heavy enough so as not to move when in use. It is expensive but we'll worth the money!

Ordered a control panel from Moza’s web site after looking at reviews. Web site said it was in stock and had a two week delivery. This was in April. Had emails from Moza asking how the product was, despite not yet receiving it. Got confusing relies to my subsequent emails. Then, just before I went on holiday in June I got confirmation it was finally shipping! But it showed at least a two week delivery, so I expected it to arrive after my return. However, it was delivered whilst I was away, with no notification, either before or after delivery, and just dumped on my door step!! Fortunately my neighbour took it for safe keeping, or I would never have know it was delivered! Emailed Moza to explain about the issue, and the fact it neede a support bracket that wasn’t mentioned clearly on the web site. After serveral confusing emails (I don’t think they read the emails properly), I finally got a limp apology and offer of a 6% discount on further orders. Hardly fixes the issues, and I have no intention of using this company again. Reasonable product, but shocking communication and awful customer service!

Moza has become the most realistic way to do my flight simulation. The force feedback is a game changer. So far my best purchase for the H3 DOF.

I ordered a number of components from the flight side. The expected shipping dates were grossly underestimated. It took some of my items over 2 months to arrive. My yoke arrive with the box crushed so badly that actually was damaged. It submitted a ticket and it took 4 days of emailing back and forth with each successive email requiring more pictures. MOZA finally agreed to a return. At this point I was required to to start a new ticket to return my item for a replacement. To which I am now waiting who knows how long for that to arrive. So two months on I have a very expensive device can’t use. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The replacement process is slow and leaves a lot to be desired. I won’t be ordering anything else from this company as their support system is seriously lacking.

The equipment is top notch and showed up prior to the estimated shipping date!
