Just amazing

The quality of the products are great. Not comparable to other brands, the only thing i hope that the software will be further developed so these units can be used on more types of aircrafts. For now i'm very pleased with my orders, the airbus panels and the ay210. One order is still on it's way, the mgx1000 😁.

Outstanding Upgrade for Flight Simulation! The Moza AY210 Base and Yoke have completely upgraded my flight simulation experience. The build quality is excellent, the yoke feels incredibly smooth and precise, and the force feedback adds a whole new level of realism. Coming from a traditional yoke, the difference is immediately noticeable. The controls feel much more responsive and natural, especially during takeoffs, landings, and maneuvering. The AY210 also feels extremely solid and well-built, and it gives my setup a much more realistic cockpit feel. The setup and configuration with MSFS 2024 was straightforward, and once everything was dialed in, it performed exceptionally well. The force feedback really makes flying more immersive and gives you a much better feel for what the aircraft is doing. If you're serious about flight simulation and looking for a high-quality yoke system, I highly recommend the Moza AY210. Definitely worth the money and an easy 5 stars!

1/5 — Terrible shipping and customer service experience I really wanted to like Moza, but getting my equipment has been one of the most frustrating purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered an R12 setup directly from Moza. On September 9, 2026, Moza contacted me because FedEx could not deliver to a P.O. box and asked for my street address. I provided it the same day. Despite that, they proceeded to ship essentially everything to the P.O. box anyway. Somehow, the R12 base was the exception and actually made it to my home. My wheel and clamp were then stuck in FedEx’s system for more than 20 days before I finally received them. I was also told twice that the wheel, clamp, and pedals would be changed to home delivery. That never actually happened. And as of October 7, I still don’t have my pedals. Because I trusted the shipping times advertised on Moza’s website, I also purchased a month of iRacing expecting to have a complete setup and be able to actually use it. Instead, I paid for a month of a service I couldn’t use because Moza hadn’t delivered the equipment I needed. The frustrating part isn’t simply that shipping was delayed. Delays happen. It’s the repeated communication problems, incorrect shipping arrangements, changing delivery estimates, and being told things were being fixed when they weren’t. The R12 and KS wheel themselves appear to be good products from what I’ve received. The KS wheel in particular is impressive. But a good product doesn’t make up for an absolutely miserable purchasing and shipping experience. I should have gone with one of Moza’s competitors. If you’re considering buying directly from Moza, I’d strongly recommend taking their advertised shipping times with a grain of salt and having a backup plan if you need the equipment by a particular date

The hardware is fine but the ordering process needs serious optimization. Waiting for days to weeks for a delivery update is not appreciated. If things take time for reasons, simply communicate it to customers.

The products are great and Moza offer a wide range of products. The worst part of Moza is it's customer service being slow to respond or even not respond

The R5 bundle combined with the pedal haptics delivers incredible feedback and precision. The force feedback is smooth, build quality feels premium, and Pit House gives you all the telemetry customization you need. Fantastic immersion right out of the box! highly recommended!

Moza's products are really great, but one month from order to delivery can definitely be improved.
