The notary was very friendly and professional. She was on time

They served him on the second attempt, which was great. But while court papers said he could be served anywhere and I told them exactly where he actually was, they told me he could only be served at specific address. He could have been served much sooner, causing me a lot less stress.

Ike was great very professional although it took forever for me to get my refund! I chased him and others at the company down for months to get my money back. This was around the end of January and I was just paid March 15th maybe. I have receipts.

She was on time, knowledgeable, organized, and personable. Great experience. I will definitely use your service if I hve need of a notary again.

I needed to get Power of Attorney for my father. I requested a quote and got an appointment for the next day. She was so patient with us being that my father has Dementia. She waited until he was comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and I would definitely highly recommend the Opal Group for any notary.

The service was great...fast and accurate.. Cannot ask more..

I had (2) witness subpoenas served by The Opal Group here in New York City. They were incredibly professional, documented everything, and had excellent communication every step of the way — from intake and understanding the project, to updates on service attempts, and calls to align on service or approval from you to serve at a specific time and day. One of the subpoenas was for a NYPD police officer at their precinct, and despite the officers behind the desk being less than friendly, the process server remained professional and carried out the job. I highly recommend them, and would definitely hire them again.

Get the job done Very helpful and considerate
