This was for a Quit claim deed, they were to meet us at the hospital on 5/9 @ 4pm- get to the lobby and call they called at 4 to say running late, 4:30 or 5- they called again and said 6pm. We waited until 8pm They no showed we left multiple messages never received a call back. I called Monday to have the charges reversed and was told they showed up and no one answered the door ? its a hospital, they were given 2 phone numbers they dialed neither. Horrid customer service still unresolved and the person needing the notary is now in Hospice
