Firstly, I appreciate the opportunity to work with The Opal Group. The communication was very professional and thorough. I would have appreciated a little more time between the contact and the actual job. Fortunately, this was a small job that I did have the opportunity to review prior to meeting the customer. I did find a serious error with the date and the deed book description, which would have caused a significant issue if gone unnoticed. It was fixed with the client in a timely manner, and I was able to proceed to the appointment.

While the members of The Opal Group seem professional and friendly, the company appeared disheveled and unorganized. I encountered Ice when he requested my Mobile Notary Services. I almost didn’t accept the request because the process seemed rushed and discombobulated. After he explained their notary canceled at the last minute and he really needed someone, I was happy to help. I received the information in a timely fashion and handled the appointment. After that everything else was above par. I enjoyed partnering with The Opal Group in servicing the needs of our clients and the community.
