The Opal GroupReviews of movrr.co

I would recommend the Opal group to anyone needing a quick notarization or is in a hurry. Thanks to the Opal Group I was able to pull off what I thought was the impossible. What used to take us oodles of time can now be managed over a couple button clicks and when you have a team like the Opal Group things you need done in a hurry get done! Thanks especially to Ike and Sam for working together and because of your hard work we were able to get electricity yesterday!

I was called by the Opal Group to do notarization in my area. From the start of my acceptance of the signing, I was in constant contact with Anjali Devi, who was very responsive and provided detailed instructions that made this signing session one of the best so far! Thank you Anjali and the Opal Group; I look forward to working with you again!

Very disorganized. I was contacted by The Opal Group inquiring if I was available the next day. I took the assignment and confirmed time/place. A 2nd employee from Opal Group texted me at 4:30AM the day of appt to confirm. Once the assignment was completed, I texted the outcome to the 2nd person and received a text back asking if I had arrived to appt yet. Then they asked if the documents had been delivered. Again, I already answered that in the text I sent with assignment details to this same person after job was completed. Then 3rd person texts me 2 hours after appt was over, asking if I’m on my way to the appt. I told them I was there 2 hours ago and provided same details of how it went and they say “Hold on, we will call you now.” I never did hear from them. Then came trying to get paid…. Several calls & emails later (all auto replied with no contact persons name) until I finally called and got the owner - Payment was processed immediately.

Everything was easy to understand and easy to maneuver around to take care of things. Not hard to understand or maneuver.

Tremendous communication. Fast and friendly service. Provided up to date complete instructions. Very much hope to complete more signings for Opal Group in the future.

Quick and easy and clear instructions, I would work with them again.

Being that this was a last minuet assignment, Mr. Jeremy was very informational and helpful during the process of the assignment. Company is very professional.

Amazing service, if I had a question or request there was always someone to talk to about it. They ask what day and time you want them to serve someone and they go. Easy to work with, extremely professional and timely. Loved it... Highly recommend. Thank you Opal Group
