ON THE MOVING DAY Despite the unexpected rain, the movers remained calm. THey promptly covered and protected everything from getting wet, and nothing was damaged.

We scheduled a move from Indiana to Florida with the operations manager Dominic Rossi. On our estimate call, we verbally walked through each room of my home and the pieces of furniture (TVs and specific sizes, bikes, number and size of beds) in great details. Our quote was under $3,000. When the movers showed up, the real amount was almost $8,000 and wrapping for the TVs was not included, wrapping for my glass shelves not included, nothing as he described. I had to leave nearly half of our belongings at my old house since I was in a pinch and did not have $8K disposable at that moment. I would not ever use this company again as I have called and texted about the issue and so far nothing has been extended as a resolution. It made my already stressful move worse and actually very sad having to leave so many things behind.

I am writing a Review because I gave my word to the Dom the moving rep that I would. At first I thought the pricing then I did my research and they were right in the middle. Just like he said not the cheapest and not the highest. He sold me on the services. The truth is I would have payed more!! They were responsible, respectful and very professional. They wrapped every little item with detail emailed me a condition report. I received my goods 3 days early then expected. When they were done unloading and reassembling they actually wiped down my furniture. Great move highly recommended. Thanks Dom and move nation if I could give 6 stars I would of
