Lackluster Customer Service
Well, let's start with the following; They give a good sales pitch and a reasonable price at the beginning to draw you in. Then when the actual movers show up the price increases exponentially. From 2350 to 3950. The movers will increase the amount of Cubic feet quoted by 100 to 200 even after we deleted items to move. Then ask for hundreds of dollars upfront, above what was quoted. They won't leave any paperwork with you and state it will be emailed to you but, that never happens. Numerous call and always the same thing, we will call you back again never happens. Customer serivce after the initial order is subpar, personally for a company that states they are veteran owned I will never use them again as a Retired Veteran myself.
