We just got a Movcan V60 pro. The bike has been great so far. Great quality, rides nice, good acceleration. Per my 11 year old it could have more torque and do better going up steep grass hills but I weigh 175 lbs and it did just fine going up a steep pavement hill. Even though my son had those few complaints I’m giving 5 stars due to the quality of bike you get for the price and the speed of customer service resolution. The bike lock that they sent broke the first time we tried to use it and they promptly sent us a new one.

Although sometimes their may be a language barrier. This company and their staff do a good job.

They helped me solve the problem with my bike and said something I would have never thought of and saved me from buying a 400$ part!

It was not deliverd

I bought the Movcan V60 electric bike through Amazon. After a few months, the rear wheel got wobbly. I contacted customer support at Movcan. They were very helpful and offered to send a new wheel.

Initially frustrating as this was the only way to contact the company and there was a time delay. However, once this was sorted out the engineers and customer service was EXCELLENT. I was able to get the problem fixed and replacement parts and the bike is working now. I appreciate the international connections and service and expertise.

Good quality bike, i used it last winter and it did not disappoint me, i love it🫰
