The only reason for the 3 stars was because upon receiving my movcan v80 it arrived with no battery. Upon noticing them they did send a replacement vattery. Unfortunately the battery they sent was the wrong one. I had to take pictures and video of the wrong item and had to rèturn it at my expense. Once they received the battery they did ship out the correct one. It then took a couple of weeks to be reimbursed for shipping the battery back. Overall the bike is a great bike and I am satisfied with my purchase.

The customer service was good. I was shipped the wrong part for my bike but the customer service was able to help me return the part and receive the right one. My bike is up and running. Thanks, Tim

I had perchased a replacement motor and it stopped working after three month… I received a 15 percent discount on the next motor. I feel I should have received a better discount after only four months of purchasing. Aside from that Movcan’s service and communication is good.

Customer service on the phone was short and not real helpful. And the website says ships in 2 to 3 days. I understand it’s coming from China, but I got a whole bike in two weeks. I took a month to get a fork and a wheel.

I tried to contact the company to exchange a part that came wrong and they never answered me about the situation.

It took to long to come you need an American distributor.

What this like these guys need to slow down like bit do quality work, cause people spend a lot of money on these bikes they didn’t have to ride to for the job, especially when you’re handling this brakes on a bike you can really damage the Dis and the pad on the bike they had to U2 some stuff. I thought they know what they was doing. They need to get more training how to put these bikes together. That’s my opinion. I’m a technician myself and when you have a lot of equipment people you need to take your time and do it right person.
