Hello everyone! I purchased a V70, and I can honestly say that this e-bike is amazing! 🙌 At the beginning, I had an issue with my e-bike, but the support team at Movcan was always responsive and willing to help with any concerns I had. They listened to me and provided the right solution. I’m very happy with my purchase and with the customer service I received. i recommend it 100%, im from california and the shiping was pretty fast, 2 days for my delivery.

I received everything very quick from the time I purchased it. It was packaged very well. It was easy to assemble and is solid for its design. Only problem is I didnt get my foldable back pegs.

I've purchased the movcan v30 and the movcan v60 and I don't have any complaints about either of them the have a great ride with the moon suspension there very durable me and my friends ramp them run them through super deep water that they probably shouldn't be in and they just keep going highly recommend these bike to anyone looking for a fun ride!!

My sons v60 had a handful of spokes break. They agreed to send a new back rim/motor. Quick response and great communication. Customer service was great!

V70 battery issues from day 1. Not getting better. Will likely return but attempting to do what has been suggested. No luck as of yet but will try to run battery down one more time and contact movcan to attempt to resolve.

Great I will say after the ride it a little bit my tires popped really quickly and we’re out, but besides that really solid bike is does get a little bit less range and they said but high-quality very much like

I think that this company‘s top no service is unmatchable. Their response time is so quick and they’re able to handle any situation or question you have for them. Definitely a five star I would use them again again. Jordan G
