Hopeless company to deal with.
Giving this company even one star is over-reach. I purchased a Movcan V60 more than two months ago. Shortly after, the rear tire exploded while parked in my garage, and at the repair shop I learned that the controller and wiring was faulty. I had to buy the replacement controller myself and I still have not received the replacement wiring. The company has been completely unresponsive to all the documentation I submitted. So far, I've spent about $500 in repairs and I still don't have a functioning bike. What a rip-off this company is.

Hello, Sorry to hear about your experience. Could you please tell us which platform you purchased your V60 from? Our tire warranty is 3 months and controller warranty is 1 year — you can submit a warranty claim or contact us directly, and we’ll help you solve this. We also saw that your replacement controller has been delivered. Could you please confirm if you’ve received it? Once confirmed, we’ll issue a full refund for it.
