We received an email that the unirider was back in stock so we ordered one. Few days later we received another email that stated that they didn't have enough stock and our order was pushed back for another 2 months. I hate it when companies lie about delivery times and stock. On a positive note, the cancellation of the order was handled swiftly.

We bought a Swift Buggy with parent facing seat and bassinet accessories when we had our first child. Unfortunately, the Velcro that secures the hood for the parent facing seat and bassinet to the frame has been sewn in completely wrong and does not hold the hood to the frame. This significantly limits the utility of the accessories we have paid a lot of money for. I have contacted mountain buggy every time we’ve had a new born that could use this, but have yet to receive a response. This is not the level of customer support I would expect on a premium product and reason enough to advocate that others don’t use this company or purchase their products. Which is a shame as their products are otherwise superb. I have just contacted them via their website yet again and will happily update this review if I hear back from Mountain Buggy about this issue and they rectify it in a timely manner.

I love my mountain buggy and baby carrier but the customer service and lack of transparency on their website let them down: - I had an issue with a broken clip that took four months to get a resolution to. Customer service is only accessible through email which means you can’t follow up on issues. - I tried to leave a review on their website but they don’t post negative reviews. This means where I did research on products it wasn’t a balanced view. - The carry cot and forward facing seat is very small and my twins (on the 2 percentile) out grew these options at four months. I used the buggy a lot so probably still worth it but I would have liked this information pre-purchase. + the buggy is fantastic to get out and about and it’s size means I have no issues going through doors but with the tyres ect can also go on country walks. + the buggy seems sturdy and the girls seem comfortable no matter where we have taken the buggy + when it is buggy only it is really easy to collapse and fits easily in the car
