Poor Communication and Service!
My experience with MOTOGP GEARS LLC was a nightmare. The communication was horrendous; I often had to follow up multiple times to get any updates on my order. When I finally received my customized jacket, it was nothing like what I had requested. The sizing was all wrong, and the customer service team didn’t seem interested in helping me resolve the issue. I highly advise against using their services.

To help avoid sizing issues, we provide a detailed size chart and clearly label all options with both US and EU sizes to guide our customers in making the right selection. Our policy does not cover returns for custom or made-to-order items, as each piece is specially crafted to your specifications.
