I bought an rps Condor back a couple months finally got around to putting license and stuff on it and realized I had lost the bill of sale. called and talked to Andy. He sent me an email immediately with my bill of sale so I was able to go license it . Great customer service.

First of all I want to personally thank Bob for taking my call and answering all kinds of questions I had about this particular bike .. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.... This is a great company to purchase from .. This is an upgraded bike and is street legal in most states .... And it does come with rear pegs for an additional rider ....was looking for a enduro to ride on some back roads and found it right here .. Trust me call this company and order before stock runs out ..you won't be disappointed.

The delivery came earlier than expected and was exactly what I ordered... An Ice Bear Trifecta. There were no instructions for assembly, but that is the fault of the manufacturer... Not the retailer. I was able to assemble it without difficulty, and it started right up and has been running well since. There was a small damage issue with a rubber handle grip, and I requested a replacement... An email came with a tracking number for the part two days later. Overall I'm very satisfied with this retailer. Robert

The salesman helped me pick the right moped for me. Which was a 150 cc, disc brakes, and it also had a trunk on the back. Later on when my moped was stolen customer service emailed me a copy of the bill of sale. This helped me prove that the moped was mine. Then the the insurance company paid me and now I'm back here looking for a replacement moped.

This turned out to be a great company, I'm was very concerned in the beginning as the customer service department is Difficult to reach by phone, emailing them works better and they and the technician are Extremely Knowledgeable, I am not a very patient person, relax and everything works out!! Prices are good. Staff is attentive, helpful and welcoming. My order took just a little longer because of how far away I live from them. They let me know promptly that it would take a little longer and didn't leave me in the dark, I appreciated that a lot.
