Super responsive, helpful, cordial, totally on the ball and followed up

Just wanted to thank Tim and all of the team that make the customer service approach for this company incredibly awesome. There was a problem with my payment that had to do with the way I entered my information. Not only did they e-mail right away to inform me, but I was actually able to call and immediately reach a LIVE person named Tim (no A.I. robots to get in my way either). Tim... well, he was awesome. He worked with me to rectify the order issues and we got a second order submitted with follow-up. He even checked with the distributor before I finalized to see how soon it would be available! So I couldn't have asked for or gotten a better price, experience, or degree of responsiveness from literally anywhere else. Tim - you rock. And for all those who are wondering, YES the DaVinci Resolve deal they offer is REAL, and we are getting the full Studio upgrade over here for the best price on the internet! The entire experience with them was great. They shipped my product in less than 30 minutes after i ordered. I found a minor defect and they took it back and shipped a new one in less than 24 hours. Their response time is incredible and everyone was kind and helpful. I would recommend Motion Media to everyone.
