Parts missing (knurled nuts for legs) and bag contained oversized threads. It would cost £1 for each one and I need six. Since I have just begun the build I have no confidence there won’t be more. Junk. Money back required me to return in original unused condition so can’t do that. This company don’t help despite me contacting them. Don’t buy these awful kits.

I bought the chandelier with lamp but it doesn't turn on

Just another update. It is now March 2026 and I still have not received my Cyberpunk Plasma spider kit. I had received one email a month ago from Mostarle apologising for the delay, stating that the Cyberpunk was now on its way, then supplied me with the incorrect tracking number. Such a shame, this company could have walked into the book of success if they just ran the company more professionally and invested in proper processes and stock management. Either that or it’s all a total scam.

Item was apparently undeliverable although we stayed home all day on tbe designated delivery day. I called 3 times to tbe courier to organise a redeliver stating I was happy to pay the fee however I never heard back. Eventually I got an email saying tbe item was returned to sender. Mostarle will not respond to my emails. So I guess I’ve lost my money. Disgusting. Ordered in December. Delivery was late January and it’s now almost March and still no contact from tbe company. Do not buy form these ripoff bastard.

I placed an order on December 2nd and still haven't received it. Despite the promise of a refund, I still haven't received it. It's hard to describe this as anything other than a large-scale fraud. I know there are many other victims besides me who haven't received their money back.

Bought the emerald mantis on the 12th of December as a Christmas present for my boyfriend, in January I still hadn’t received information about shipping (just got the email of confirmation of the order). After a few unreplied emails sent to the customer service I decided to contact them via Instagram. I luckily received an answer within few minutes: the person answering apologized for the inconvenience and explained me that the had problems with the amount of orders (they had previously made an announcement on their insta profile about it). In the end I wasn’t able to get the emerald mantis, like I originally wanted, because of a few other problems, went with the scorpion instead. It was a rough ride but everything worked out just fine: the person answering on Instagram was able to immediately send my package and apologized again for the inconvenience. Despite the delay and the product replacement, I appreciated the honesty regarding their situation and their dedication. The product is great and very detailed, my boyfriend had a lot of fun building it. Looks so cool!
