My dragonfly was marked as received but it never came. I didn’t get any luck when I first complained in December as it was for a Xmas present so I was gutted. Decided to email again around June as I had paid for it, and I still really wanted it for my partner. It got shipped within days, they were really helpful and I think maybe overwhelmed at Xmas. He’s currently sat doing it, big hands and tiny parts are keeping him and his mind very occupied which is what I wanted - an hour every evening even if it takes a few weeks is still a fun project for him! Well recommended!

Bought the emerald mantis on the 12th of December as a Christmas present for my boyfriend, in January I still hadn’t received information about shipping (just got the email of confirmation of the order). After a few unreplied emails sent to the customer service I decided to contact them via Instagram. I luckily received an answer within few minutes: the person answering apologized for the inconvenience and explained me that the had problems with the amount of orders (they had previously made an announcement on their insta profile about it). In the end I wasn’t able to get the emerald mantis, like I originally wanted, because of a few other problems, went with the scorpion instead. It was a rough ride but everything worked out just fine: the person answering on Instagram was able to immediately send my package and apologized again for the inconvenience. Despite the delay and the product replacement, I appreciated the honesty regarding their situation and their dedication. The product is great and very detailed, my boyfriend had a lot of fun building it. Looks so cool!

I placed an order on November 30th (order #MO20640) and have tried to contact the company several times via email, Instagram, and the support form on their website to ask about the status of my order, but I have never received a reply. I understand this is a busy holiday period and I do not mind waiting longer for the delivery if necessary, but at the moment my impression is that their customer service and communication need significant improvement, and I hope they can reach out to me through this review. Update: The company has now replied to my review and provided an update on my order, confirming that it is being prioritised for dispatch. If the delivery does not take much longer and the product arrives in good condition, I will update this review again to reflect the final outcome. Update (Final): The order #MO20640 has now been delivered and everything arrived in perfect condition. Thank you for prioritizing the shipment during the busy holiday period – the final outcome has been positive and communication improved after the initial contact through this review.

Don’t worry it’s not a scam, Not the best experience. I ordered on 26th November, after that I tried to contact support few times I didn’t get an update or shipping info for the next two weeks. They responded once telling me they have a lot of orders now hence the delay, and that there is no way the order arrives before Christmas and asked whether I want to cancel it. I asked them to cancel it, no answer. Few days later I got a mail that PART of my order was shipped, they canceled the remaining part. THE ORDER WAS DELIVERED (before Christmas) AND IM NOT GONNA LIE IT IS SUPER COOL. Delivered items are really cool, but their customer support (which seems almost non existing) is truly horrible. I belive they got overwhelmed by Christmas time demand. But no, they are not the scam, they even offered 15% back for delay (when they finally answered my mails). I’m not super happy, but hope I can order from them again maybe in less busy time.

Some pieces needed sanding and fixing, but overall it is a good experience.

Soprammobili esteticamente carini. È anche un bel passatempo da condividere con chi ami. Ho comprato la libellula e l'uomo-lampada ed ho trovato istruzioni chiare e sufficienti per un buon assemblaggio. Mi è capitato con la lampada umana che i pezzi andassero stretti molto per rendere il modello rigido, ho dovuto fare più passaggi sulle gambe per renderlo stabile. La consegna è tracciata e velocissima.

It's cool and fun. My issues with it though was that of the the peices were mislabeled both on the physical baggies and on the instruction manual. I also wonder if there were more mixed up or mislabeled screws than I thought because some of the selected screws were genuinely to short for the assembly they were requesting. Trying to figure out the correct labels as I went, added 2 hours to my time. But I finished it anyways and it was still fun and cool

The building was very cool, a lot of small pieces with good quality. Only one screw is broken. I gave four Stars because the spider can barely stand, its not as stable as lego but its made of metal
