I placed an order on 2 December with a 10-15 working day delivery time. My order hasn’t even been dispatched yet. I sent an e-mail last week and have heard nothing back. My order clearly isn’t going to arrive before Christmas. Company very quick to take money but not to process or respond to communication. Buy with caution, I’m beginning to wonder if I’ve been scammed and will need to contact my credit card company! As per my e-mail id like to request a refund as quickly as you took the money otherwise I shall be going through my credit card company.

Do not order anything from this company. I ordered two things on December 6th hoping that I may get it in time for christmas. Lo and behold they did not send any email that they shipped the item. I sent them a instagram dm as well as multiple emails and got no reply from them and still haven’t. This was supposed to be a christmas gift for my partner but not anymore. I ended up getting my money back by directly contacting my bank. Now they put out a statement that they cannot fulfill the orders due to a holiday influx or what not yet they are still continuing to take orders. Make it make sense.

Orders MO 27777, MO27782 and MO27837. Due to your long delivery times and lack of customer support for emails, I reluctantly request cancellation of the above three orders and a full timely refund. Please confirm. It is unfortunate that the only way to get a response to any messages is to go through Trustpilot, WHY?

Order #MO21918 . I would like a refund please. I ordered on 2nd of December for a Xmas present. I have sent several emails with no reply. I doubt it has been dispatched and will buy something else. An update. I have received a refund from them via PayPal. On their f.b page they explain the delay and are offering full refunds. I messaged them via f.b. maybe that worked as l sent 4 emails with no reply

We ordered on 12/09/2025, order # M026612 and have had no contact from the company. We paid for expedited shipping and as of 12/20/2025 we have heard nothing. I sent an email to find out what is going on but have not heard a single response from Mostarle. This was a Christmas present for my Grandson. I need to know what is going on or if this is a scam and needs to be reported. I am now unable to replace the gift elsewhere due to the short time till Christmas. If I don't hear from you, This will be reported.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Ordered on 4th December and still not arrived. Order MO23472 No reply to chasing email. Now unlikely to be received before Christmas. Do not buy, you will be disappointed!

Same as others, order sat unfulfilled and they never respond to inquiries as a result I’m filing a chargeback. Keep in mind that you only have 60 days to file a chargeback, so I’m guessing that they are stealing peoples monies who fail to do so. Note: You were contacted and failed to respond, I even told you if you didn’t that I was going to file a chargeback. A chargeback is not a long drawn out process, the cc issues immediately issues a refund and then goes after thieves like yourself. I had my monies same day I filed. What a chargeback does do is cause you, the business to incur a fee, and possible blacklisting if enough chargebacks are incurred. That is the reason you are lying right now. Too bad for you , chargeback is filed and I have my monies.
