This blanket is as advertised. The weight provides a calming cradled experience. The only problem is that it's hard to get with my wife once she pulls the blanket on. I think she does it on purpose.

I ordered a weighted blanket for my 14yo son who has hfa/aspergers. We had talked about them as he always covers himself with three or four blankets and he was excited to receive it. He has only been using it for a couple of days but really likes it. It arrived quickly and seems to be well made. He says it feels good and he has been sleeping great last couple nights and falls asleep quickly.

The company called me immediately after I placed my order because the color I requested was out of stock. We agreed on a new color and the blanket arrived within 10 days, well before Christmas. My 12 year old son has ADHD; he has always loved lots of blankets piled on him, and I never understood the connection. I got him this blanket for Christmas, and he loves it; stays under it all night, drags it to the living room to have on top of him watching TV. It will take time to see how it affects his ability to get to sleep (which has always been difficult) but he already LOVES the blanket!

It gives a sense of safety and security. Has help my foster child sleep better. Only complaint is not wide enough. If I could do this over I would order one for full size bed. She can be restless and it sometimes falls off her.

But none of that has helped as much as my weighted blanket. I feel like a different person. I have energy throughout the day. I feel good when I wake up. Amazing!! My blanket is well made from quality fabric. They delivered the blanket promptly, before their estimated date.

I love my mosaic blanket. The website recommendations for weight and purpose are accurate. Using mine for better sleep and the 10lb weight is perfect. Fabric is soft and cool, so on cold nights I layer over a thin cover.
