I bought a large adult blanket for a friend of mine who has sensory processing disorder. I picked a color she would enjoy and when I received my order it was nothing similar to the blanket I ordered. On the website it says they have right to pick a pattern similar to the one I chose if not in stock but the pattern they picked wasn't even close colorwise or patternwise. When I talked to a representative they said they would send me some different color choices if I'd like to exchange it. They never emailed me back after that message and I had sent them multiple. I was just ignored. I bought this as Christmas present now I will have to show up empty handed. I personally will never order from them again.

I purchased a weighted blanket for my daughter recently. She had a weighted blanket that she loved and needed a new one. I saw pictures on Mosaic Weighted Blankets and they looked like they were filled well and fluffy. The pictures on the site looked very similar to the blanket my daughter had and loved. This blanket did not look anything like the pictures on the website. It was completely flat. It had no poly-fill at all. It looked like a bed sheet that had sewn squares. It is flat as a pancake. I called the company to discuss the return policy. I would have to pay shipping to sent it back plus a 10% restocking fee and I would lose the original shipping cost. At the end of the day I would lose out on about $50 so I decided to keep the blanket because I wouldn't want to spend $50 and have nothing in the end. I was very disappointed. Do not judge the quality of the blanket by the pictures displayed on their site!

I received only 1 of the 2 blankets I ordered. When I called to follow up I was told the 2nd would be sent, I have still never received it.

Beads fell out of blanket unexpectedly. There were no holes I could see but I woke up in a sea full of beads. I would not recommend buying this.

BUYER BEWARE of this company. I am not in the habit of writing bad reviews but this company's customer service merits 0 stars. I ordered a custom blanket directly from their site, which allowed me to choose the weight (16 lbs) and the size of the blanket - 38 by 60. I paid close to $200 for the blanket and received an email confirmation of the exact size and weight I mentioned above. A few weeks later, I received the blanket. I didn't think to measure it until a couple of weeks had passed. It was only then that I discovered that the blanket was larger than the one I'd ordered. Given that I wanted the blanket to help with severe anxiety and insomnia, the size and weight were very important to me. I emailed the company today and got a response that they couldn't make a 16 pound blanket in the dimensions I had ordered, so they'd made the blanket larger, and also letting me know that they only accepted returns within 7 days of receipt of the blanket. At no time before that point did anyone from the company contact me to let me know that they could not make the blanket in the specs I had ordered. The company rep offered no apology, never owned up to the fact that her company provided inaccurate information to me at every stage of the ordering and confirmation process, and offered zero flexibility on their return policy. So now, through no fault of my own, I am stuck with the wrong size blanket, which isn't helping me at all, and I'm out 200 bucks. Truly some of the most horrendous customer service I've encountered in years. I will never buy from them again.

I received my blanket in the Mail and it was not the weight I ordered, I ordered 11 pounds for my daughter and we received a 16 lb one that is even too heavy for me! I looked everywhere for contact information for the company and could not find any! I need to exchange the blanket for the correct weight or just return it. Not pleased at all.

We've been billed on our credit card for close to $100 but haven't received the blanket

It's been 4 weeks and said they were sent 9 days ago and we still haven't recibed them.
