I was SUPER worried about buying a weighted blanket online, and having no knowledge of what they really were. So I did a ton of research and was recommended this company by a friend of a friend of a friend sort of thing. And I spent a month or two debating it. Because that was alot of money (for me personally) to spend on something that may or may not help with my anxiety attacks, my restless legs, my inability to sleep, and my general overall need for sleep. Holy cow batman, was it worth it. It arrived within three to five business days (I want to say four, but I'm not 100% sure) and it feels amazing still. It got the 12 pound one, at 42x72 cause I'm a tall woman who needed a blanket, and I love this height. It's perfect for when I just need to keep my legs still after a long day at work, or when anxiety strikes I can turtle myself into it. This is the best purchase I've made and I don't regret it at all. The only thing I have to say, which isn't bad for me but comes from the cats, is that the cats don't like the sound of the beads so they havent been sleeping on my bed as much. I know it's awful that I finally got my whole bed back to myself (totally okay with that.)

My daughter's beautiful blanket arrived in a week. It was quite expensive ($214.00 total), but It is VERY well made, and machine washed and air dried within a day. At first, she wasn't sure if she liked it, but she gave it a chance and now she loves it! She has sensory integration dysfunction, and has had difficulty falling asleep her entire life. I wish we knew about these sooner. It has really made a difference. Highly recommend them!

To be honest, I had used a weighted blanket before purchasing one from Mosaic Weighted Blankets - but the circumstances were different. I was seriously unwell and in the hospital, and a very wise nurse wrapped me in a weighted blanket in order to keep me calm from the bad news I had received. It seemed odd - I felt panicked and didn't think that adding weight to the heavy feeling inside of me would help - but it worked. I was able to breathe deeply and calm down, and eventually, I fell asleep. As the years passed, I associated weighted blankets with hospitals. But then I found myself diagnosed with severe anxiety, insomnia, and recurrent cancer. I would stay awake for days and take handfuls of pills - but nothing worked. In fact, I had to stop driving because the insomnia made me hallucinate, and my life was miserable. How could I function as a mother, wife, writer, or person if I couldn't stop panicking, couldn't sleep, and even panicked about trying to sleep? And then, I remembered the weighted blanket from the hospital. When I hopped on the computer to do some research, Mosaic was the first company to come up. When I did some reading on their site, I saw that it addressed the very issues I was having - including insomnia, anxiety, and even pain from Fibromyalgia. So I took the risk. I bought a 12-pound weighted blanket (the chart on the page to find the right weight was very helpful - and for me, a 12-pound, full-sized blanket made sense, as I wanted it for sleep, so it needed to be heavy but not so heavy that it crushed me!) in a very cool galaxy/nebula pattern, and it arrived only 3 days later. On the very first night I used it, I fell asleep within 45 minutes. The second night? 20. I thought I was simply fooling myself - there was a placebo effect going on, and I'd convinced myself that the blanket would work so much that I made myself sleep - but then, on the third night, I didn't use the blanket, and I didn't sleep. On the fourth night, I used it again, and was asleep within 20 minutes. The price was steep - $225 (which included 3-day shipping) - but it was worth every penny. A few days later, I bought a second blanket for my son, who has anxiety issues as well. Without telling him a thing about it, I gave it to him and told him to use it for sleep. His anxiety has definitely lessened, and he sleeps all night long. So these blankets are amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a good night of sleep, or who just needs to feel calmed after a long day. They work. I tend not to review products, so trust me when I say that, for me to write a review like this? The blanket definitely works!

This blanket is HEAVY. I bought it because I'm having some insomnia, I believe related to menopause. This blanket arrived quickly and is very high quality. I really like it and I think I'm sleeping a bit better with it.

My daughter loves it. Takes it to Grandmas house, Immediately made a special name for her blanket..Wish we would have known about these sooner. Very comforting for her....
