Ordered on December 7th and not only has it not been received yet, but I've yet to hear anything from this company besides an order confirmation. I sent a message through their site two days ago, but they haven't responded yet.

Crappy company. Not too pleased with my product as it’s too heavy for me but is the weight they recommended for my size. I actually injured my knee bc it was so heavy. They won’t take returns over 15 lbs so I am just out $300 and not happy. I wanted to exchange my blanket for a lighter one

I ordered a 20 pound queen sized blanket. And paid sooooo much money for it. When it showed up, it was juuuuuust big enough to cover the top of the mattress. It was also looked like 2 flat sheets sewn together with pockets of beads put in it. There was no fluff, no insulation, it wasn't cozy or comfortable. I felt like I was under a sack of beans. Apparently when you order a certain size/weight, the item is non refundable. They printed a note and highlighted it to make their point.

The blanket arrived timely and the fabric was soft and as described. The squares are larger than expected meaning the pellets sit on one side and are not evenly distributed. We discovered it it glued together and not sewn when one of the seams came undone and pellets spilled everywhere. This was used very lightly used by an 84 year old women for just over one month. I have contacted the company but still not heard back on returning the blanket. She did love it and had success using it. It's a shame about the poor construction for this price.

Laura Romaine - I had contacted you by email yesterday to inquire and to get a picture of what happened so that we could send you a new blanket and to follow up on what happened - we sew our blankets, we do not glue them together, I would like more info so that we can help you and I did respond in a timely manner - I will call you today and am so sorry for any inconvenience that we have caused you - We will get a blanket to your mom I promise. Purchased this for my 11 year old daughter who suffers from extreme anxiety. Thought it may help her relax and get better sleep. I thought it to be a little pricy but would be worth it if it actually worked out or helped at all. $178 for a"blanket" that turned out to be what was essentially a bunch of bean bags sewn together. Certainty not what I would classify as a blanket by any stretch! Cost me another $20 to return it then the shipping cost to send it to me gets deducted plus a 10% restock fee!! $60 or of my pocket and nothing to show for it except extreme disappointment!

Daughter got to help sleep - has severe anxiety.Didn't really help. Felt like I spent a lot of money for nothing. Its expensive to return, so we are going to empty the pellets and insert filling to use as a regular blanket. I wouldn't suggest even trying this product unless the price came way down. Its just not worth even trying really.
