Very happy with my large adult blanket

Love this blanket! The website was helpful and easy to use and it's one of the best purchase I've ever made!

I've purchased 2 weighted blankets from Mosaic. The first blanket was 12 lbs, (due to financial status was what I could afford). The second blanket I purchased is 18 lbs. keep in mind, there are conditions in purchasing 18 lb blankets which are non refundable. I ABSOLUTELY AM SATISIFIED COMPLETELY 100%!!! I go to sleep DEEPLY AND Stay asleep 😴!!! I use the 12 lb blanket for summertime higher temperatures. Be certain to get the proper weighted blanket according to your body weight. It's so easy to take a nap, because I go quickly into a extremely deep deep sleep. This why I invested into the weighted blankets. I will not use prescriptions to get my sleep. I usually drink warmed chocolate milk to achieve my sleep, or take L-Tryptophan. Whatever, I am NOW achieving the much needed sleep I sought with my blanket (s).

My grandson is autistic and has hypotonia. He has many anxieties. I bought this for his Birthday because he doesn't sleep well at night so his mother doesn't sleep well. A friend of mine suggested a weighted blanket because her son uses one. It works! He is sleeping much better. The rain or strange noises don't bother him as much . Good purchase

I bought a 6 lb senior blanket for my father, a 91 year old with advanced dementia. His stage of dementia confines him to a hospital bed at home, not any medical problem or other mobility problem. Anxiety is the primary difficulty in his day-to-day care since agitation rises when he is awake without any physical outlet or distraction possible for its release. Based on what I know about weighted blankets' therapeutic use to bring calm to autistic people, I looked for something similar for dementia and found nothing. This company had EXACTLY the right thing and the knowledge to guide me in the right direction. Had I purchased based on the accepted weighted blanket guidelines listed on all ordering sites I would have ended up with the wrong weight for a person with advanced age. Six pounds is exactly enough for a 160 lb 5-10 man. My father who was previously fixated on continually rolling up his sheets and wrapping them around his neck IMMEDIATELY settled down when this blanket was placed on him. He does not kick it off and actually tucks it in around his body himself. His hands, which are very active during times of agitation, are now engaged with the blanket instead, smoothing the surface and pinching the fill weights which feel like beads. The Mosaic blanket has become so necessary in the arsenal of things to help his caregivers reduce agitation for him, that I purchased another one. It has only been 1 month but we are 100% satisfied and can recommend this blanket with enthusiasm for anyone who is caring for a dementia patient. The only future concern is how well the seams and fabric stand up to the destructive power of my dad's busy hands that are now governed and powered by dementia. At this bedridden stage where he is unable to really understand the world around him, with nothing constructive to do, his busy hands are mostly de-structive-- lots of pulling against seams and pinching and twisting of fabric has usually resulted in torn and broken things which have been given to him. So far the mosaic blanket has remained intact and he does not work hard at "breaking it". In fact, he enjoys a much calmer state with the blanket on him and this has reduced the need for medication intervention. Love this blanket! Trudy Tampa, Florida

I've always been anxious and when I was a child I covered myself in comforters. These weighted blankets are so nice and relaxing! It makes me think of the carefree times of childhood!

My daughter is a college student and she wanted to try this weighted blanket to see if would help her to sleep better. She has always slept with lots of blankets, even in the summer. This has worked so well for her and only requires one blanket, rather than 5! The quality and the feel of the blanket was soon nice. She loves it! Going overseas for a month and is sad to have to leave it at home. Will take the chance to try it on the other daughter when she is gone! Might be buying a second one!
