I assume by the date of this order that this is Cheryl Sheades? We were very busy for the holiday, I see you received your package Jan 8th. If you are unhappy with the product please feel free to contact us at [email protected] -

I ordered my blanket over a month ago and still haven’t received it. It was guaranteed before Xmas and it’s now January 2nd. Very poor on their part and they will be receiving a bad review on google as well.

Is this Jesse Liebler of Comstock MI? Have you received your blanket? We hand make our minky weighted blanket products, and were running behind because of the holiday - we had sent notes letting customers know about delayed production - if you are happy with your product don't crucify us, please login and update your review. We custom make our blankets and produce a beautiful product in the USA and apologize for any inconvenience we have caused you. Thanks!

Amy, you order December 7th and received December 28th per UPS tracking.

Ordered by Dec. 6. Got the email saying the blanket still might not come in time for Christmas. It didn't and still hasn't. In addition, the invoice letting me know that it has just been mailed, the order date was altered to say I didn't order until Dec. 7th. I suppose to justify it not getting here in time as well as being a preemptive strike to refuse the 10% refund on late deliveries. I'll update if I ever receive the blanket.

Lynn, your order was made December 7th. We are unable to manipulate the timeline in the system. As stated on your order confirmation, on our website and a personal email, we offered 10% off all orders received after December 25th if ordered on or before December 7th. That includes you. You just need to let us know when it arrives (we then verify with UPS tracking) and gladly reimburse. Unfortunately, we have never heard from you with a request via email that you received your order. Per UPS tracking, you received your blanket January 2nd at 12:49pm. The only notification we know of your dissatisfaction or requesting 10% is through this one-star review. Feel free to email us and we're happy to apply.

I received my blanket quickly but am not happy with the weight not equalling on the body as it would be if I ordered in a smaller size. I also find it noisy with the beads moving around as I move causing my cat to play plus it stimulates me awake. Plus the material feels very thin and of cheap material. I would have returned it right away but unfortunately I cannot as the company won't accept it. I am still using extra blankets.

Very disappointed with this company. Shipping was EXTREMELY slow. Their website stated that any order placed after 12/6 could not be guaranteed for holiday arrival, meaning any orders placed before then would arrive on time. I placed my order before this date. I requested a refund, which I got. I used this refund to order with another company off etsy; MinkyMadness, who was able to get it to me in time. Mosaic weighted blankets sent the blanket to me anyway, which arrived 4 days after Christmas - I'm glad I requested The refund. The quality of the blanket sent by mosaic weighted blankets was nothing compared to the quality of the blanket I got off etsy. The blanket from Mosaic weighted blankets has big pockets which cause the beads inside to bunch up. The stitching in it was poor quality, and the fabric was okay. Before you buy from Mosaic weighted blankets do your research. Look at other reviews for them on Facebook and other websites. Their poor customer service and issues with the quality of the blanket seems to be a common practice. I highly recommend you not making a purchase with this company. Check other places such as the Etsy. Spend your money elsewhere. You will be disappointed if you make a purchase with Mosaic Weighted Blankets.

Delayed delivery, was told they had a different size in stock asked to have that shipped intstead but no response after that. Blanket arrived weeks late and still waiting on a 10% refund I was promised. Could have received before Christmas if blanket would have been sent with expedited shipping (would have rathered that be done complimentary then having it after Christmas) should have gone with Amazon and been guaranteed shipping. My mistake for trusting the website when ordering that I would have it for Christmas. Ordered 12/5 plenty of time prior. Update- more upset reading other reviews that they placed only 2 weeks before Christmas and were able to receive their order in time. Obviously something went wrong and the 10% discount does not seem exceptable.

The blankets are good, but I would never order over Christmas again. I did get refunded 18 dollars for it coming almost a month late, but I paid for 3 day shipping (50+ dollars) and they would not refund that.
