Arrived a day late, but otherwise amazing

Overall, the blanket I received is very high quality and well constructed. Also, living in Texas, I was concerned about the blanket being too warm, but I've actually been able to place it on top of my comforter at night without (usually) getting too warm. As for the blanket's ability to reduce anxiety and induce sleep, the effect has been more on the subtle side. It definitely helps, but the positive effect hasn't been mind blowing in terms of stopping anxiety in its tracks or knocking me right out. I do tend to fall asleep more quickly, though, and I must be sleeping more deeply because I've noticed I've had more vivid dreams since using the blanket. My biggest knock on the blanket is the size. Before I ordered, I measured out the specs of the X-large blanket on my bed and it seemed okay, but when I actually went to sleep it just didn't feel wide enough or long enough for me. I kept on shifting during the night and the blanket would slip off parts of my body, leaving me partially exposed. Since then, as I mentioned before, I've taken to putting the blanket on top of my comforter and that's improved the experience, but some nights I'd prefer to use just one blanket. Some nights, when I get hot, I have to lose the weighted blanket and go back to the regular comforter. I'm definitely glad I made the purchase, however. My therapist also wrote me a script and I'm going to try to see if I can get at least partially covered by insurance since I technically use the blanket for medical reasons. My blanket definitely seems to be of a higher quality than most of the ones I came across on Amazon. Mike

I really like my weighted blankets. I ordered a throw size first, then realized that I needed a full size. The weight truly helps me get to sleep and return to sleep when I wake up during the night. My only wish is that the blankets would stay put a little better, as they tend to slide off to one side or the other. Overall, a great buy and worth the cost!

The blanket is just like the picture, great quality. I received it in a timely manner. My daughter loves it.

I love my weighted blanket. I was just surprised that it took two weeks to receive it.

The blanket is beautiful and well made. My only wish is that it was a little wider. As an adult I find it slightly narrow and I’m a petite woman. Just a thought (though this may mess up the weight distribution).
