The quality is great. The only complaint I have is the return/exchange policy. I needed to try the blanket out for a couple of nights. I found the weight is too heavy. However, the return/exchange policy states “pristine condition”. I think I would have been happier with a lighter weight.

Wish the blanket was softer and more blanket-like. Cozier.

I liked mine but it came with a hole. So the filing fell out. Was told I’d get 20$ refund to take it to someone and never did?

I love the weight of the blanket and it definitely provides me with a deep sleep experience. Because I intend to use it for years to come I was disappointed that the material color was no where close to the color I chose. I picked cobalt blue ocean waves and the blanket material is black. It is also not very soft for cotton. I only wish Mosaic would have contacted me if they did not have the color I chose and given me some options other than just making it in black. Lastly, it would be nice to offer a selection of duvet covers that could be removed and washed more often than the blanket itself. Otherwise I do like the blanket.

Actually I was rather disappointed I have fibromyalgia and have a lot of pain in my legs and when i use the blanket I have to move the blanket around to shift the beads onto my legs I think the squares should be 2X2 when you are in pain the last thing you want to do is keep adjusting your blanket every time you move

When I ordered the blanket, I was promised it by Christmas. Didn’t receive until two days after Christmas. I emailed the company and didn’t receive a response back for a week as well. The company blamed it on shipping However I ordered items later than that from Amazon and receive them before Christmas. They sent it out ground when they could’ve sent it express very disappointing for the money I paid.

It’s been almost 4 weeks since I placed my order and was charged and still have not received an email about my blanket either being shipped or out of delivery.

It has been almost a month and I have still not received my order. This is not my first purchase with them. I am disappointed.
