Disappointing experience. The product I received was not the one I ordered, and the item shown on the website was not actually available in the color shown. Additionally, parts of the craft process felt inefficient and not very well thought out. Overall, it did not meet expectations.

I love my lamp, but the experience itself was very disappointing for the price paid. The instructor was nice but did not provide insight that would make it worthwhile to pay the additional cost. If you're interested in this, buy one of the kits and do it at home. The experience was advertised as being at a Turkish Cultural Center where there would be Turkish delight, coffee, and tea that would be served. Instead, we were at an undecorated strip mall office park that didn't even have signage to indicate we were in the correct place. Everyone was provided half a dixie cup full of tea; no coffee or delight. There was no music and only a handful of lamps on a folding table off in the corner; no other decorations. To be required to pay a spectator fee for a member of my party to sit at folding tables in a room with overhead lighting and no music or refreshments and no ambiance is very disappointing.

Well we thought it was going to be a great fun experience. They were super nice through the booking process. The day of we show up at the location on the WEBSITE and found it had moved 35 minutes away! NOT Even Close to the original location! All highway, so now we're late getting there. We show up & its in a weird office building, in literally just a white room with 2 -6ft folding tables and 10 people squeezed around them. No room to move, no music, no ambiance, literally room, tables chairs & another small table with the "examples". It was NOT as the description depicts not as the website presents. Not a fun and lite, creative atmosphere. Bright office lights over head and all of us squeezed in trying to pretend that this is what we signed up for... NOT the experience we were going for... or anyone would want. The ladies we nice but come on... seriously? And as for the location move... They said well we sent an email. Yep you sure did.. first who checks the location of a class if they already CHECKED it When they BOOKED it? And even still, it DIDNT even say in the byline location change... it just said link to location.. why would we need that if we had already CHECKED It when we booked it.?? Definitely NOT the EXPERIENCE we were looking for... And what a waste of our time to drive out of our way .. to and from. not to mention we had to finish in the little time we had. We love this type of class, but WATCH what you believe online... Ladies were nice the project materials well boxed... but everything else was a -1

I found the class to not be for beginners. It was difficult, stressful time consuming, and the take-home part for the grout was not real clear. I ended up ruining mine and throwing it in the garbage I would not recommend this class, especially for beginners.

The experience wasn’t worth the cost. The room seemed a little dark for creating, the amount of space each person had to work was small. The most popular color that most everyone in the room wanted to use for background they ran out of, so everyone had to adjust their design. I don’t think when you’re paying over $100 for something to sit in your house that you made, you don’t want to compromise the colors you planned from the beginning of starting the project. I think if they would have let the participants know what colors we had going into it people would have adjusted their own designs. The room is full of unopened boxes. It looks cluttered and chaotic. The location is difficult to find. Just not worth the money, if you really want to do it, order a kitchen your home and do it in your own space. Also you don’t complete the project that day. You still have to take it home and grout it yourself. Another service they could do for the creator, and have them pick it up at a future date. Compared to other artistic experiences you can have in the city, this one needs to work on environment and product in stock.

The experience was overall good, girl was sweet. A bit overpriced for the project but I am very upset with how the lamp turned out. It was completely ruined after putting on the grout. Tons of beads came off and it looks horrible now. Complete waste. They should absolutely not suggest putting on grout cause now lamp look ugly.

Unfortunately everything felt apart next day :( not sure why. Probably glue was old and not good enough to hold glass. Not sure. But glass felt apart next day :(
